The BRIK® Trauma Kit is our flagship mission-ready IFAK, built for law enforcement, service members, prepared citizens, and anyone who needs immediate access to lifesaving trauma supplies when seconds matter. Designed around speed, organization, durability, and real-world mounting flexibility, the BRIK keeps critical medical gear protected, accessible, and ready for use in high-stress environments.
Designed, sewn, and made in the USA, the BRIK combines a rugged outer pouch, a removable medical shingle, and premium trauma supplies in one streamlined system. It keeps lifesaving equipment protected, organized, and fast access whether mounted on a belt, pack, vehicle panel, or MOLLE-compatible setup.
The BRIK® System
The BRIK is built around a durable outer shell and removable inner shingle system. The outer shell mounts directly to MOLLE-compatible platforms and securely retains the medical insert while protecting the contents from hard use, weather, and daily carry abuse.
The outer shell is constructed from plasticized closed-cell foam, giving the pouch structure, shape retention, environmental resistance, and comfort against the body or gear. It also includes a built-in externally accessible tourniquet pouch, allowing the tourniquet to be reached immediately.
Inside the shell, the medical shingle keeps the trauma loadout organized and visible. Once deployed, the shingle unfolds to present the kit contents in an intuitive layout so the user does not have to dig through a loose pouch under stress. Supplies are staged for fast identification, fast access, and efficient casualty treatment.
Mounting and Deployment
The BRIK is designed to deploy from either side with either hand. A single deliberate pull removes the inner shingle from the outer pouch, giving you fast access to the full medical loadout.
Whether mounted on a plate carrier, battle belt, vehicle panel, or pack, the ambidextrous pull system allows the user to access the entire medical loadout quickly without removing the outer pouch from their gear. Pull the shingle, open it, and the trauma supplies are immediately visible and ready to use.
The mounting system supports both vertical and horizontal configurations and can attach securely to MOLLE-compatible plate carriers, battle belts, vehicle panels, packs, and other load-bearing platforms, allowing users to run the BRIK north-south or east-west depending on their gear layout, mission needs, body type, and preferred deployment direction. Mount it where it makes sense, pull it from either side, and access the same organized trauma loadout fast.
American-Made Trauma Supplies
The BRIK is loaded with proven trauma components selected for serious hemorrhage control and emergency field treatment. Available loadouts include critical supplies such as a North American Rescue C-A-T® Gen 7 Tourniquet, QuikClot® Combat Gauze®, HyFin® Vent Compact Chest Seal Twin Pack, NAR® Mini Responder 4 in. ETD®, NAR® Compressed Gauze, trauma shears, mylar blanket, mini marker, nitrile gloves, and flat-fold duct tape.
Every component is chosen with a purpose: stop major bleeding, pack wounds, seal penetrating chest injuries, apply pressure dressings, prevent heat loss, and support rapid documentation and patient care. This is not a basic first aid pouch, it is a compact trauma system built around the realities of severe injury response.
